Yes. Extra Play Monthly Members and Extra Play Annual Members can receive one (1) free GLOW shirt when they attend their first GLOW jump session at a participating Sky Zone location while their Extra Play memberships remain active and in good standing. Limit one (1) GLOW shirt per eligible Extra Play Member while supplies last. No substitutions or cash value. Participating Sky Zone locations may revise, discontinue, or otherwise modify this free GLOW shirt offer at any time and without notice.

Yes! Bring back both your SkySocks and GLOW t-shirt to reuse on your next visit as long as they are in good condition. It’s probably a good idea to wash them first, though.

GLOW is currently available on Fridays and Saturdays at participating locations. Operating hours will vary by location and by day of week.

All ages (young and old) are welcome at Sky Zone. Because limits aren’t really our thing.

Children under the age of 13 cannot be left alone without parent or guardian supervision.

Yes! We have a variety of food, snacks and drinks available for purchase in case you need to refuel in between backflips or after soaring into the foam pit.

GLOW is a separately ticketed type of jump session held at participating Sky Zone® locations (each a “Location”). Availability, scheduling, and format for GLOW jump sessions may vary by Location. GLOW tickets are required for all participants during designated GLOW jump sessions.

Terms and Conditions:

• All participants must wear GLOW t-shirts. Participants will each receive one (1) complimentary GLOW t-shirt with their GLOW ticket at participating Locations, otherwise GLOW t-shirts are sold separately. Notwithstanding the foregoing, limit one (1) complimentary GLOW t-shirt total per active Extra Play Monthly and Extra Play Annual member (see “GLOW Tickets – Membership Benefits” section below for more details). GLOW t-shirts in good condition may be reused when attending subsequent GLOW jump sessions.
• SkySocks® are required to jump and are sold separately; contact the Location for details.
• All guests must have valid waivers on file in order to access Sky Zone facilities.
• Restrictions may apply at the Location based on capacity. Age and height restrictions may vary by attractions. Attractions may vary and may be closed for maintenance.
• GLOW jump sessions may be modified or discontinued at any time, with or without notice.
• Tickets are valid only for their specified GLOW jump session date and time.
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
• GLOW jump session capacity is limited. GLOW admission is not guaranteed at any time or to anyone (including to Extra Play Monthly and Extra Play Annual members), especially during high attendance periods at the Location.
• Buddy passes cannot be redeemed toward GLOW jump sessions.

Membership Benefits: Active Sky Zone® Extra Play Monthly Members and Extra Play Annual Members are eligible to attend GLOW jump sessions for no additional fee at participating Sky Zone locations (each a “Location”).

Active Elite Members and Basic Play Members are eligible to receive 50% off regular-priced GLOW tickets at Locations. In all instances, complimentary GLOW jump sessions and discounted GLOW tickets (as applicable to their corresponding membership types) are subject to Locations’ capacity restrictions.

Eligibility:

• Valid only for Members with current, active Sky Zone memberships at Locations at the time of purchasing and redeeming GLOW tickets as follows:
  • Extra Play Monthly Members and Extra Play Annual Members are eligible to attend GLOW jump sessions at Locations for no additional fee.
  • Elite Members and Basic Play Members are eligible to receive fifty percent (50%) off regular-priced GLOW tickets at Locations.
• Membership status will be verified at the time of booking online and/or checking-in at a Location.
• Offer valid for the eligible Member’s ticket only; additional guests may purchase regular-priced GLOW tickets at each Location’s current pricing.

How to redeem: GLOW membership benefits (as applicable to their corresponding membership types) may be redeemed online or in-park at a Location. Each Member must log in with their associated membership account or present proof of their eligible membership in-park to redeem.

Additional Terms:

• Void where prohibited by law. GLOW jump sessions, the membership benefits identified above, or these terms and conditions may be modified or discontinued at any time, with or without notice.
• GLOW participants each receive one (1) complimentary GLOW t-shirt with their GLOW ticket at participating Locations; provided, however, active Extra Play Monthly and Extra Play Annual members will each strictly receive one (1) complimentary GLOW t-shirt total while their Extra Play memberships remain active and in good standing. GLOW t-shirts in good condition may be reused when attending subsequent GLOW jump sessions, otherwise additional GLOW t-shirts are sold separately and must be purchased to participate in GLOW jump sessions.
• GLOW jump session capacity is limited. GLOW admission is not guaranteed at any time or to anyone (including to Extra Play Monthly or Extra Play Annual members), especially during high attendance periods at the Location.
• The GLOW membership benefits identified above cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
• The GLOW membership benefits identified above cannot be redeemed for cash.
• GLOW membership benefits apply only to an eligible Member’s standard GLOW admission and cannot be applied to any add-ons, food & beverage, or merchandise at Locations.
